Payment Policy

Purchases within the portal can be made using credit or debit card, paypal, oxxo pay and SPEI transfer. Once the payment is made, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. All transactions are carried out through the “Conekta” system of Grupo Conektame, S.A. de C.V. The ladulcelibelula.com portal does not save or share data regarding accounts or credit or debit cards or PayPal.


We send our products to any part of the Mexican Republic. Orders will be delivered 3 to 10 business days after payment of the order. The customer will receive a tracking number that will function as a tracking code for their package. The cost of shipments varies depending on the product and quantity requested, as well as if there is a promotion or not.

Return policy

La Dulce Libelula SA de CV will only accept returns as long as it complies with all the conditions in this return policy.

You must request the return of the product or products, via email to hola@ladulcelibelula.com . Once your request has been received by this means, La Dulce Libelula SA de CV undertakes to confirm your request.

The request will be valid for 5 (five) business days from the date of issuance, the charge for return is independent of this validity, for the charge is taken the date on which the product is physically in our offices.

You must send your product to La Dulce Libelula SA de CV with the following information:

Confirmation of the purchase order of the products.

Those products that have been used or have undergone any modification, cannot be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.

The product must be returned to the following address: Av. Manuel Gómez Morín 1270, Carrizalejo, 66254 San Pedro Garza García, N.L. within the next 15 calendar days from the billing and / or payment date, there are no exceptions.

The product must be in complete and perfect condition for sale, the packaging, labels, bar codes, wrappings and accessories must be the originals.

The shipping charge will not be refunded.

We inform you that for no reason can the product be accepted as a return even if its return is confirmed if it meets any of the following cases:

  1. If the product was used.
  2. If the packaging or the product has non-original labels or is violated; is abused or dirty.

In case the product is rejected, the CLIENT must pay the cost of the return freight.

The estimated time for processing a refund, once it is authorized, is 10 to 15 business days to the credit card used for said payment.
